Rooted in the ancient traditions of Shaolin, we uplift our communities through martial arts, mindfulness, and meaningful outreach.
At Antares Kung Fu Foundation — the public face of the Antares Guild United Foundation — we believe martial arts is more than physical training.
Our goal is to give people of all ages the tools to grow stronger, think clearer, and live healthier. From kids’ Kung Fu classes to free meditation sessions, from youth outreach to food bank support, every program builds both skill and spirit.
Whether you join a class, attend a community event, or help fund our outreach, you’re part of a movement that blends discipline with compassion.
Health & Healing
We support wellness initiatives that blend traditional martial arts discipline with modern health practices — from injury recovery workshops to community health outreach.
Our programs help youth, seniors, and at-risk individuals build physical resilience and mental balance.
