At Antares Kung Fu Foundation — the public face of the Antares Guild United Foundation — we believe martial arts is more than physical training.

Our goal is to give people of all ages the tools to grow stronger, think clearer, and live healthier. From kids’ Kung Fu classes to free meditation sessions, from youth outreach to food bank support, every program builds both skill and spirit.

We support wellness initiatives that blend traditional martial arts discipline with modern health practices — from injury recovery workshops to community health outreach.
Our programs help youth, seniors, and at-risk individuals build physical resilience and mental balance.

Education & Empowerment

Teaching Skills for Life

Through Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and cultural exchange programs, we help students of all ages develop discipline, confidence, and respect.
Our educational outreach includes free beginner classes for low-income youth, school partnerships, and mentorship for aspiring instructors.
